Gray Hughson & Associates Ltd is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA). Membership is limited to Chartered Accountant who hold a current certificate of Public Practice (CPP).
As an NZICA member we are required to comply with various requirements and must be able to demonstrate at all times that our actions, behaviour and conduct comply with the Code of Ethics.
As a member of the accountancy profession we have an important role in society as a 'trusted expert business professional'. This imposes a duty to:
- Work to the highest standard of professionalism
- Attain the highest levels of performance
- Act in the public interest
We are subject to a Practice Review procedure to ensure these standards are maintained.
