Gray Hughson & Associates Ltd is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA). Membership is limited to Chartered Accountants who hold a current certificate of Public Practice (CPP).
As a member of NZICA we are required to comply with various requirements and must demonstrate that our actions, behaviour and conduct comply with the Code of Ethics at all times.
As a member of the accountancy profession we have an important role in society as a 'trusted expert business professional'. This imposes a duty to:
- Work to the highest standard of professionalism
- Attain the highest levels of performance
- Act in the public interest
We are subject to a Practice Review procedure to ensure these standards are maintained.
